Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is available worldwide (for exclusions, please refer to the checkout).

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and ensuring that delivery can be accepted at the specified address.

If a shipment cannot be delivered and is held at a post office, carrier facility, or pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting the shipment or arranging redelivery with the carrier.

Shipments that remain unclaimed and are returned to us will only be processed once received back by us. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs for unclaimed shipments.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

  • DHL shipping: €5.49
  • Free shipping for orders over €50.00

Bulky goods (freight shipping):

  • Flat fee of €29.90 (including VAT) for shipments over 30 kg within Germany
  • Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the product description

Deliveries within the EU

  • Standard shipping: €12.99
  • Small parcels: €8.99
  • Free shipping for orders over €150.00

Bulky goods (freight shipping):

  • For shipments over 30 kg, delivery is handled by a freight carrier
  • Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on effort (on request)
  • Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the product description

International deliveries (outside the EU)

  • Standard shipping: €32.00
  • Small parcels: €14.00
  • Free shipping for orders over €200.00

Bulky goods (freight shipping):

  • For shipments over 30 kg, delivery is handled by a freight carrier
  • Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on effort (on request)
  • Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the product description

Delivery Timeframes

Unless otherwise stated in the product offer, delivery within Germany takes 7–10 days. International deliveries take 8–15 days from the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, from receipt of payment).

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If multiple items are ordered with different delivery times, shipment will be made together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the longest delivery time applies.

Zahlung und Versand

Es gelten folgende Bedingungen:

Lieferbedingungen

Die Lieferung erfolgt weltweit (Ausnahmen siehe Checkout).

Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, eine vollständige und korrekte Lieferadresse anzugeben und sicherzustellen, dass die Zustellung an dieser Adresse möglich ist.

Kann eine Sendung nicht zugestellt werden und wird sie bei der Post, dem Zusteller oder einer Abholstation hinterlegt, ist der Kunde für die Abholung oder erneute Zustellung verantwortlich.

Nicht abgeholte und an uns zurückgesendete Sendungen werden erst nach Rückerhalt bearbeitet. Versandkosten werden in diesen Fällen nicht erstattet. Wir behalten uns vor, Rücksendekosten für nicht abgeholte Sendungen abzuziehen.

Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands

  • DHL Versand: 5,49 €
  • Versandkostenfrei ab 50,00 € Bestellwert

Sperrgut (Speditionsversand):

  • Pauschal 29,90 € (inkl. MwSt.) bei Versandgewicht über 30 kg innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Sperrgut ist entsprechend im Produkt gekennzeichnet

Lieferungen innerhalb der EU

  • Standardversand: 12,99 €
  • Kleinpakete: 8,99 €
  • Versandkostenfrei ab 150,00 € Bestellwert

Sperrgut (Spedition):

  • Ab 30 kg erfolgt der Versand per Spedition
  • Versandkosten werden individuell nach Aufwand berechnet (auf Anfrage)
  • Sperrgut ist entsprechend gekennzeichnet

Internationale Lieferungen (außerhalb der EU)

  • Standardversand: 32,00 €
  • Kleinpakete: 14,00 €
  • Versandkostenfrei ab 200,00 € Bestellwert

  • Ab 30 kg erfolgt der Versand per Spedition

Lieferzeiten

Soweit im Angebot nicht anders angegeben, beträgt die Lieferzeit innerhalb Deutschlands 7–10 Tage. Internationale Lieferungen erfolgen innerhalb von 8–15 Tagen ab Vertragsschluss (bei Vorkasse ab Zahlungseingang).

An Sonn- und Feiertagen erfolgt keine Zustellung.

Werden mehrere Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, erfolgt der Versand gemeinsam, sofern keine abweichende Vereinbarung getroffen wurde. Maßgeblich ist in diesem Fall die längste Lieferzeit.
